In a perfect world, globalisation will lead to equality. This will include transfer of information, knowledge in many life aspects. It will be our instrument to manage global issues like food production, disease treatments, transportation, population grow, ecology and education. All of theses mindful ideas unfortunately are not in the importance of most of politicians and countries leaders.
We are a non profit organisation created in order to bring knowledge and resources from first world to places where it needed most. “Lucy” is taking place in remote areas, communities and villages in the andes.There we give the support of sexual education, women empowerment, medical and legal assistance to women between the ages of 14-25 years old. The ages were they start their adult life and define their dreams and create their own horizons.
We can create tendencies that will affect the future of us and many generation to come. We believe in the power of good people that believe in influating and leaving an important fingerprint in our planet.


We give young women in the Andes the freedom to be able choose a mindful future and fulfill their potential as an individuals. We raise funds, find communities that could fit to the project; get together educators, psychologists, gynecologists. Make a yearly two to three weeks workshop in remotes area in the andes


Lucy is a non profit organisation that is committed to the transmission of knowledge and resources to young women in remotes area of the Andes. To Educate these women to make responsible choices in their future and empowerment for an independent and better life.

Restless soul, traveler, leader who dedicated to create ecological conscience and leave good finger print in the world. During his work in tourism and hotel management he gained experience learning about the the different cultures and reality of communities in the Andes.

Andres Paez

Andres is our marketing and communication manager at the foundation. His passion for promoting the social impact of helping families in Ecuador has led him to travel through some countries in Europe learning other cultures and their development to be able to apply them in his duties.

Marga Anhalzer

She has been helping women experiencing vulnerable situations during childbirth and postpartum for over 10 years. She is a very passionate person when it comes to helping people in need. Marga is always interested in the well-being of women regarding all aspects.

Monika Montes

Monika has been coordinating the volunteer work of foreigners in Ecuador for more than 18 years. This experience has given her broad knowledge on the on the reality of this mega diverse country, from the perspective of multiculturalism.

Paola Bohorquez

Paola understands the reality and rich culture of Ecuador, and knows what different aspects represent regarding the Pachamama (Mother Earth). Thus, she is always providing assistance to communities in need of help to preserve their traditions.
